Wednesday 18 September Resident Day

Resident Day 2024

The RIVDI committee is delighted to be hosting the resident's day at the EVDI conference in Greece this September.

We have experienced and specialist diplomates, for both large animals and small animals, who will each present an interesting and informative lecture during the morning, followed by some exciting and challenging cases for residents to practice during the afternoon. We will be running two separate s small and large animal streams throughout the day. A full timetable will be published shortly, but the SA session will predominantly cover the pancreas and hepatobiliary system, and the LA session will be a more varied offering.

Small animal speakers include Thorsten Rick, Alessandro Delaude, Pete Mantis, Pascaline Pey and Silke Hecht, and large animal speakers; Valeria Busoni, Rhiannon Morgan, Gabriel Manso-Diaz, Marianna Biggi and Fabrice Audige.

The resident's day will include a dinner offering traditional Greek cuisine and a beautiful coastline view. This will be an opportunity to liaise with the other residents, the speakers, the RIVDI committee members and to meet representatives from our generous RIVDI sponsors - Antech, IDEXX and Vets Choice Radiology.

We hope to see as many residents there as possible and if you have any questions or would like to contact the RIVDI team, please email us at rivdi@ecvdi.eu.
